To provide you with a worry-free shopping experience during our Cyber Week promotion, YESOUL offers a 30-Day Price Guarantee for orders placed directly through eu.yesoulfitness.com.
Program Overview
If you place an eligible order on eu.yesoulfitness.com between December 1, 2025 and December 10, 2025 and a lower price for the same product becomes available on our website within 30 days of purchase, YESOUL will refund you the price difference.
This guarantee allows customers to shop early with confidence – if the price drops, we match it.
Eligible Products
The 30-Day Price Guarantee applies only to new YESOUL products purchased directly from eu.yesoulfitness.com, including the following categories:
● YESOUL Smart Bikes
● YESOUL Treadmills
● YESOUL Rowing Machines
● YESOUL Recumbent Bikes
Accessories, refurbished items, opened packages, or purchases through third-party sellers or resellers are not eligible.
How to Request a Price Adjustment
To request a refund of the price difference:
- Contact YESOUL Customer Service at support@yesoulfitness.com within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Provide your order number and include a screenshot or link showing the lower price on eu.yesoulfitness.com.
- After successful verification, YESOUL will refund the price difference via your original payment method.
All requests must be submitted by January 10, 2026 to be considered.
Processing Time and Refund Method
Refunds for eligible requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Purchases made by credit or debit card will be refunded to the same payment method used at checkout.
Exceptions
The YESOUL 30-Day Price Guarantee does not apply to:
● Products purchased through third-party sellers or resellers
● Offers exclusively with financing, bundle discounts, or limited-time flash sales
● Refurbished or opened products
● Pricing errors or technical mistakes
YESOUL reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
Example
If you buy a YESOUL T3S Plus Treadmill on December 3, 2025 for $899 and the price drops to $799 before January 3, 2026, you will receive a $100 refund for the price difference.
