CANCEL ORDER
Cancellation within 24 hours
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund – no reason required.
Cancellation after 24 hours
If the cancellation occurs after 24 hours, your order may have already been processed or shipped. In this case, we will try to intercept and recall the package, or you can refuse acceptance and inform us about it.
If you have already received the package, please contact our customer service to confirm the return address and send the package back at your own expense.
If the return is caused by the consumer, they bear the return shipping costs. The actual costs depend on the shipping service provider chosen by the consumer.
If the return is due to our fault (e.g., damaged or incorrect goods), we will cover the shipping costs.
If the cancellation is requested after shipping, a logistics fee of €100 will be charged. This covers additional shipping costs for bulky shipments or deliveries to remote areas.
RETURN OF A YESOUL PRODUCT OR ACCESSORY
To protect your rights, we recommend filming the unpacking process to document the condition of the product.
The returned items must be in the original box and include accessories such as the manual and charger. The products must be in like-new condition. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge an additional restocking fee or refuse the return.
If your returned Yesoul product is damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge an additional restocking fee at our sole discretion.
RETURN OF YOUR YESOUL PRODUCT
If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your new Yesoul product, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
In this case, a restocking fee of €100 will be charged, and no return label will be provided.
Refunds for products that have been in your possession for more than 14 days will not be accepted – except in cases of quality issues.
The warranty from Yesoul does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents, in accordance with our limited bicycle warranty or limited treadmill warranty.
Due to the size and weight of our fitness products, a refund of the original shipping costs is not possible.

The following items are excluded from exchange or return if they have been worn, used, or purchased on sale:

All other returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date and sent back in the original packaging.
Yesoul assumes no responsibility for packages lost without tracking. Refunds are issued exclusively through the originally used payment method.

ℹ️ Information for customers in the EU
Returns must comply with EU consumer protection regulations, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for online orders.
Shipping and return costs are calculated based on your location and the product size. Additional logistics charges may apply for remote areas within the EU.
Refunds are made in euros (€) and may take up to 10 business days after receipt of the return to appear in your account.
Please keep a shipping receipt with tracking to resolve any possible inquiries.
