Including value-added tax (VAT)
All our product prices are understood to be including the statutory value-added tax (VAT).
You pay the displayed final price – no additional fees apply no additional taxes or customs fees for deliveries within the European Union.


Free shipping to most EU countries
YESOUL offers free shipping in the following countries of the European Union:

Germany · Belgium · Luxembourg · Netherlands · Austria · Denmark · France · Italy · Poland · Czech Republic · Spain · Estonia · Finland · Greece · Hungary · Ireland · Latvia · Liechtenstein · Lithuania · Romania · Slovenia · Sweden · Malta

For orders to these countries, no shipping costs an.


Non-free shipping zones
We deliver to the following countries for an additional charge:

Bulgaria · Portugal · Cyprus · Slovakia

as well as other non-selectable countries in the ordering process

The shipping costs are displayed at checkout.


Possible additional costs for remote areas
For certain remote regions within the EU (e.g., islands or hard-to-reach areas) can additional shipping costs apply.
Our customer service will contact you in such cases after your order. Shipping will only take place after reconfirmation.


Shipping service provider
The shipping will be carried out standard via FedEx.
If you have special shipping requests (e.g., a preferred shipping carrier), please contact our customer service before placing your order, so that we can find an individual solution.


Shipping and Delivery Times

  • Processing time: Orders are processed on business days within 24 hours shipped.
    Should an item be temporarily unavailable, our customer service will contact you immediately, to coordinate a suitable solution with you.

  • Delivery time: Delivery usually takes place within 4–14 business days.

  • Total duration: Processing time + Delivery time = 5–17 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur, for example, due to incomplete address information or unforeseen events.


Tracking and Lost Packages
After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If the tracking shows a delivery but you have not received the package, please check:

  • Whether a family member received the package

  • Whether the package was left in a safe place (e.g., garage, neighbor, hallway)
